I’m a small time artist working hard to turn into something big. I want young girls of color to see a successful artist and have hope that they can make it in whatever they want to do. I want people of color to see that you can break generational curses by doing something you love and that you’re proud of. I want to be seen as someone who has always stayed true to themselves regardless if it was popular or not. I want to bring recognition to black people and people of color in a field not regularly recognized as a career path for us. We deserve to enjoy the things we do and we deserve to do those things without judgement. We do not have to fit the society norms. We can be as free spirited and creative as we want to be.
